2007 Kognitio launches Data Warehousing as a Service (DaaS), the world's first utility-based data analytics and data warehousing solution. Using DaaS, businesses benefit from true utility analytics as users are only charged for the terabytes/time they use. This eliminates the significant set up, overhead, maintenance and support costs traditionally associated with data warehousing and analytics projects. More information is available at www.kognitio.com/DaaS
2007 Kognitio unveils the industry's first rules-based Pricing Appliance. The pricing engine allows organisations to load, explore and analyse full volumes of business-time and historical data. The solution can be implemented across a variety of business areas and is ideal for activities such as revenue assurance, tariff planning, margin and cost analysis. More information is available at www.pricingappliance.com
2006 Kognitio launches the Data Challenge. Upon registering at www.datachallenge.com, Kognitio offers organisations the opportunity to build them a data warehouse for large-scale data analytics within just fourteen days using industry-standard hardware, Kognitio WX2, ETL and BI application tools. Organisations are also offered the chance to run complex analytical queries on their data for a further fourteen days.
2006 Kognitio launches the concept of the Virtual Data Appliance (VDA) which allows organisations to build a data warehouse or teramart using low-cost industry-standard x86 hardware at a fraction of the cost of proprietary-based data appliance solutions. Organisations are invited to learn more about VDAs at www.virtualdataappliance.com
2006 Kognitio opens an extensive Proof of Value Centre in their Technology and Data Centre, based in Bracknell, Berkshire. The centre has been developed to showcase Kognitio WX2, the company's powerful analytical database software that runs on non-proprietary hardware.

new combined company, under the name of Kognitio, specialising in
the delivery of highly performant solutions for complex Business
Intelligence and Data Management requirements.
