Whichever requirement the customer has, Kognitio takes the provision of managed services very seriously. BIE’s are managed within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework that defines the level of service expected by the customer. We are so confident of our ability to deliver that if the service levels are not achieved, the customer does not pay.
Whilst the greatest value is derived from the provision of a fully hosted service, Kognitio recognize that this may not suit all customers so provide the option for the customer to use our resources and expertise to augment their in-house capability. Whatever the requirement, we are confident that we can improve your current service levels whilst reducing your costs.
